Project Manager


The main responsibilities of this role will include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are assigned to the right people. Finally the project manager will also evaluate projects and find new ways to improve the overall process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  •          Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the smooth execution of multiple projects
  •          Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  •          Manage relationships with all stakeholders involved
  •          Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with the team and the client
  •          Delegate project tasks between various departments
  •          Create and maintain project documentation
  •          Monitor progress and make adjustments when needed
  •          Evaluate the project and define areas of improvement

Skills and qualifications

  •        Bachelor’s degrees or equivalent in engineering, business or similar
  •          5 years’ experience in project management
  •          Proven record of managing multiple complex projects
  •          Experience seeing project through their full life cycle
  •          Good analytical skills
  •          Experience in the food processing desirable but not required
  •          Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  •          Technical background preferable
  •          CAD & Office package.
  •          Prepare equipment specifications.
  •          Provide project co-ordination and assist with equipment / process installation, start-up
    and troubleshooting as required

Desired skills and qualifications

  •          AutoCAD 2D layouts
  •          Basic 3D knowledge in Inventor suite
  •          PIDs reading and amendment
  •          Willingness to travel
